Power Description :

Charlie can create and control a mass of energy. It can emanate from her hands and body and at times she can light it on fire. She can control its shape and function. Example, her favorite use is the flattened oval disc shape that she can throw, and it has the capability of cutting or slicing or burning if it is on fire. She can also manipulate it around her hands, in spheres, sticks or she can create sharp shards she sends through an opponent. In appearance the energy is transparent but if you were to look through it, it would appear shimmery, like a mirage. She can use it to propel herself in the air, to throw at/blast/block a person, and she can even use it as a sound barrier. Usually she has it under control, but she can loose it, and when she does so does her power. The times when her energy catches flame is when she has lost it and has become quite destructive. Although once her “fit” is done and over with she is exceedingly drained and often sleeps for days afterwards. Her appearance changes with her power and actions. Though her hair stays blond her eyes change into a myriad of colors. Often in the exact moment she uses her power her eyes turn white or pale blue, but in mere battle they are spring green. When normal her eyes are a gentle hazel. Radiant energy refers to her ability to emanate, control, and manipulate contained energy.

Apperance :

Charlie has long sandy blond hair, and usually gentle Hazel eyes. She is of average height, 5'8, and her lips are soft and often have one side quirked up into an endearing smile. Her skin is fairly pale, and she is a little thin and knobby. She has been told she is mostly leg and arm. She likes to wear comfortable training clothes, loose black tank top and shorts in the summer, hoodie and sweatpants in the winter. She doesn't have what you would call a "sexy" appearance and seems to be just fine with no make-up, in fact she finds it gets in the way a lot of the time. She can look tired a lot as her power takes a lot out of her, but she manages to keep a jovial look about her when she can.

Personality :

Charlie hasn't really a general personality. She is bright, witty and gentle usually, like a light spring breeze. She has friends and doesn't mind talking to people but finds herself alone a lot, but it's how she prefers it. Space to think, space to breathe. She isn't very showy offy with her power, in fact you wouldn't know she really had one until you do. Patients and solitude can be her aura but with-in one second she can be a fire breathing dragon. She has harnessed the uncanny ability to light her energy discs on fire, and with them she can be a tool of mass destruction. She likes to spend most of her time training, alone. She trains and pushes herself constantly always trying to reach that next level, and because she does she is quick and nimble when it comes to battle, and exceedingly dangerous if you have ticked her off. Usually she ignores mean people but she has a weakness for being taunted and doesn't fear challenging any one, she is fiercely loyal to the few she lets get close to her. Hurt, harm, make cry/bleed one of them and you shall release hell fire. Charlie usually seems fearless and honorable, although she may be dying inside, she has the fault of keeping to herself and never talking about her real feelings. There is rare a person she truly trusts and confides in, a person who she shares her in most being with. But that doesn't mean they hadn't existed before, and that they won't exist in the future.

History :

Long ago Charlie had a family, she can remember them. She can remember her mom with her same soft dirty blond hair, her dad with his strong supporting arms and gentle hazel eyes, and even her older brother with his quirky smile and charming face. But they don't remember her. When she was 11 she started to discover her powers, she kept them to herself as best she could but being young it was hard to control them. She was in her room, experimenting with the control of her powers, this took a ton of concentration, and was only distracted for a second. Her father had come home early and with that brief moment of excitement she lost control, her powers are largely affected by her emotions, and that was it. She sent a sort of energy wave through the house completely destroying it. The entire thing collapsed and her parents and brothers with it. Not only was the house demolished they wave had shaken their brains knocking them unconscious and killing her mother. The wave sort of scrambled them, her father and brother are now held in a hospital, her brother in a coma and her father mentally un-stable, neither of them know Charlie's face or even her name. Charlie ran away, she flew and hid trying desperately to make herself dis-appear. And after 2 years of running away and hiding they caught up with her, she showed her she wasn't alone, there were others like her and there was place for them, a place live, a place to learn, and she wanted so desperately to learn. Form then on she stayed at the Academy learning and fighting, making herself improve, making herself do better.
