Character sheet from Zoey Anderson
Name
:
Zoey Anderson
Age
:
15
Gender
:
Female
Power
:
Strength and Reflexes
Power Description
:
Basically Zoey is super strong. She had used this to her advantage in most spots and has showed a few boys up when it comes to bench pressing and weight lifting. Her superhuman reflexes have allowed Zoey to become more flexible and is able to squeeze into tight spots but not too small. The weakness her powers come with are muscle aches and she cannot use her super strength if she is in a tight space e.g. a small room not much bigger than a classroom, this is because she is too confined to stretch her muscles and lift heavy things. Whenever she uses her powers, Zoey notices that her looks stay the same. Sometimes she changes hair colour from brown to red or changes her eyes colour from brown to a deep shade of red. Sometimes it can be both and sometimes it can be none at all but that is rare.
Apperance
:
Zoey is an average 5’3 in height and is a little too underweight for her age. Her brown hair is usually flowing down her back but occasionally she has her hair in a ponytail or when she can be bothered, she either fish plaits it or just plaits it. The most distinctive feature on her face is her eyes which are a gorgeous shade of brown almost hazel. Zoey is usually seen in a pair of jeans and a novelty t-shirt but when she wants to ‘dress up’, she has the right amount of dresses or skirts to go to parties with, which is highly unlikely that she gets invited. A pair after pair of converses is the only shoes that are found in her wardrobe but most of the converses go with the dresses she has, which is lucky for her.
Personality
:
Zoey has a complex personality, like a personality disorder but for a mutant, it’s pretty normal. On her good days, Zoey is a polite, quiet and friendly girl. She doesn’t make friends as quickly as others but when she does, Zoey is very loyal to them. Other than that you would think that Zoey is a pretty normal girl, until she has her off days and these are more often than other people’s off days. On her off days, Zoey is known as an average ‘angry’ teenager. She can be pretty rebellious at certain times and has a very short temper; anything can set her off really. Usually it’s something small like someone called her a name or someone bumped into her but when its something extreme like someone bullying her (which has happened in the past), Zoey is like an erupted volcano. The plus side of her off days is that Zoey becomes very confident and can stand up to anyone, even if they are ten times the size of her. A few weaknesses are that Zoey is too proud. She likes to do things her way and either on her own or with one other person. She demands that she doesn’t need help but deep down, she knows that she needs someone.
History
:
Starke wasn’t her real name. She kinda adapted to that when she moved away. Her real name was Zoey Anderson and she lived with her parents in Phoenix, Arizona. She grew up in a rich family and had all the gifts and toys that she wanted. Her parents were proud of her and when she was the right age, they sent her to Globe Academy (a boarding school) to improve her intelligence. Maybe going to the boarding school might have affected her social skills because she didn’t have friends. Her parents hadn’t let her play with the other kids when she was younger so she didn’t know how to socialize. Her powers began to show themselves when Zoey was thirteen. It happened when a bunch of bullies had gathered around her and started to push her about. Being a confident girl, she tried to stand up for herself. That was when her life went pair shaped. One of the bullies, the biggest one, tried to punch her in the face and without realising it; Zoey was about a metre away from where the bully was. After that her life began to get a lot weirder. In one of her classes, a teacher had given Zoey a detention for being rude when it wasn’t even her. A short tempered girl, she became angry and she picked up a heavy statue and threw it across the room and hit the teacher in the head. The teenage girl knew that she wasn’t normal and ran away, back to her home. Her parents weren’t very happy about her killing a teacher and told her never to use her powers again. Taking none of this, Zoey enclosed herself in her room, refusing to come out. A couple of days later, when Zoey was in her local mall, she saw a brochure with her name on it and that had a boarding school on it but Zoey knew that this wasn’t ordinary school as her hope began to increase as she looked through the brochure. Not telling her parents about it, Zoey packed her bags and ran away to Xavier Institute for Higher Learning. As soon as Zoey arrived at the boarding school, she knew it would be a whole new world from now on, she changed her identity to Zoey Starke and Starke became her code name.
